GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1 - INTRODUCTION TO THE SERVICE

Easyflirt is a personal ads publication and chatting service for people aged 18 or over.
By joining, you will be able to exchange written or voice messages with other members.
After using up the points offered on registration that enable you to trial our service, you will be offered different paid for packages in order to continue using the site.

2 - MEMBER REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

N.B.
To make the best use of this site you should:
- browse with Internet Explorer;
- allow pop-ups (deactivate your toolbars or pop-up blocking software for this site);
- allow JavaScript;
- allow cookies.
You are free to decide whether or not to register on our dating website.
Once you have filled in the required fields, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration.
To fully validate this registration, you should click on the link contained in this e-mail.
Moderation
Your profile will then be "Awaiting moderation" by our moderation teams (you can still use the site).
This operation may take a few days. You will then be notified by e-mail of acceptance or rejection of your profile.

3 - USE OF THE SITE


You can use our search engine to find the person who you wish to write to. You can choose the sex, age, eye and hair colour, country, region, alias or astrological sign.
You can also choose to view only members who have introduced themselves verbally (hence the importance to post a voice ad) and those who have posted their photo.
Then click on Display replies.
You will then see all the members who meet your criteria on one or more pages. At this stage you can send voice messages to these members or listen to messages from members who have posted an ad. To view the full presentation of a member, simply click on it.
When you find a profile that you like, click on the name in order to view the full profile.
You can then send the person a written or voice message. A e-mail is then sent to the person’s personal mailbox indicating that there is a message awaiting from another member.
When you find an ad that you like, you can let the person know by sending a "kiss" voting for him/her.
You will thus have a greater chance of drawing the person’s attention, as he/she will be informed that you have made this gesture towards him/her.

Go to Mail and you will find below this link the number of messages that you have in your private mailbox and the number of new messages (consider regularly deleting your messages so that you can find your way around!)
Your mailbox
Your mailbox is divided into 2 sections:
- Your "Inbox", which contains messages that members have sent you;
- Your "Outbox" which contains messages which you have sent.
For each message you can see:
The Sender (the person who sent you the message)
The date it was received
3 icons which will enable you to reply:
- by sending a voice message to another member
- by sending a written message to another member
Del: tick the check box next to the message you wish to delete and then click on the trash icon below.
To view the message, simply click on the line that you wish to read and then on the "text message" icon.
You will then be able to:
- read the message, add the alias to your directory (in your friends list), blacklist it (add it to your blacklist), store it (add it to your stored messages) or print it out.
- consult the profile of the person who sent you the message and vote for him/her
- empty my mail folder: you can delete all your messages in one go
- check/uncheck all: to save time and select all in one go
- end: to jump to the last page in your mail
Next: to go to the next page in your mail
Open my directory: to consult the aliases which you have placed in your favourites
Open my blacklist: to consult the aliases that you have blacklisted
My Member Area
This menu is used to manage all your information; this includes:
- Your points: on registration, you are offered at least 50 points (you can receive more by entering certain information). These points are useful for consulting profiles, and reading and writing messages. You can obtain additional points at any time by visiting this page.
Writing and reading a message uses #pointreadmessage# points; consulting a member page uses #pointprofil# points.
Chatting with a member will cost you #pointchat# points.
Only women can send messages free of charge (only to men).

- Modify your profile (to change your text or add your photo)
N.B. Each modification has to be revalidated by our moderation department, so as to avoid any abuse.
- Your public profile (to see how your ad appears, as seen by other members)
- They have viewed my profile (to see which members have been attracted by your ad)
- Last profiles visited (to view the last members that you visited)
- They voted for you (you will find the people who sent you a kiss and thus voted for you)
- See your friends directory (to see the list of people who you placed in your favourites)
- Manage the blacklist (to see the list of people who you have blacklisted)
- Invite your friends (to inform everyone of the interest of this site!)
Live chat
To save time and instantly receive messages, you can chat live with all members present like yourself at that time on the site.
Chat with site members with different subscription packages (only free of charge for women, except woman to woman).

4 - OBLIGATION BETWEEN MEMBERS AND THE EASYFLIRT SERVICE

On becoming a member of Easyrencontre, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not register on our dating website.
Registrations are limited to one per user on Easyrencontre and its partner sites.
Registration is free of charge. You register by posting your profile online (you can include a photo). To make full use of our service, you can subscribe by means of our different payment options.
Easyrencontre requires each user to agree to the following:
- to be 18 years or older.
- not to use offensive, obscene, discriminatory or violent language.
- not to use our site for professional or commercial canvassing or to send offers of paid for meetings.
- not to collect and store personal information originating from other users.
- to provide real information.
- to behave properly towards other members.
In case of not complying with these obligations, your profile may be withdrawn without prior notice or refund.

5 - COST OF SUBSCRIPTION AND OTHER MEANS OF USING THE SERVICE

This is a paid for service, subject to certain conditions:
Free for women wishing to contact men.
Paid for in the case of a woman wishing to contact another woman.
Paid for in the case of a man wishing to contact a woman.
After using up the points offered on registration which enabled you to discover our service, you will be offered different paid for options in order to continue using the site.

1) Unlimited subscription by credit card (3 possibilities):
One-month subscription: 29,99 EUR / 49.95 CHF / 19,95 GBP / 39,95 USD / 41,95 CAD
Three-month subscription:  75,80 EUR / 124,90 CHF / 54,90 GBP / 109,90 USD / 109,90 CAD
Six-month subscription: 109,75 EUR / 180,70 CHF / 75,70 GBP / 159,70 USD / 159,70 CAD

These subscriptions are renewable by default; however, you can stop this renewal whenever you wish, by clicking on a link in your member part (So as to avoid any litigation, the withdrawal of your subscription is to be carried out at least 1 day before the date of normal renewal of your subscription).
Renewal:
If you wish, you can extend your membership. The subscription method is one by default when you choose to pay by credit card, that is to say, a subscription which is renewed by tacit agreement for the same period. You have the option to terminate this renewal online as from the 1st day of your subscription without losing the benefit of the subscription.

By becoming a subscribing member, you will have access to e-mail assistance and you also have the option to request us to unsubscribe you.
If you wish to delete your profile and no longer benefit from the site immediately, you should unregister.

6 - VALIDATION, DURATION AND CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

6.1 - Validation
Before they can be seen by other users, your ad and photo are analysed by our moderation department.
- We reserve the right to reject ads which we consider to be in breach of the terms and conditions of registration above.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify your account without prior notice or possible refund.
- We reserve the right to vet all or some parts of messages posted, so as to remove or withdraw any content that might breach these general terms and conditions of use or which might be reprehensible in any other way.
- If you are a victim of abuse or harassment, you can inform us by using the Abuse link located below the profile in question.

6.2 - Duration
Your registration is maintained until you yourself decide to remove your profile.
However, after an absence of 3 months, your profile will no longer be visible to other members. You simply need to reconnect to your account in order to be visible once again.

6.3 - Cancellation
Cancellation of your registration takes effect automatically. Cancellation of the registration results in complete removal of your account, as well as of your messages and all personal information that we had on file.

7 - OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION - DATA PRTECTION AND FREEDOM OF INFORMATION

Pursuant to law no. 78-17 of the 6th January 1978 relating to data protection and freedom of information, you have rights of objection (art. 26 of the law), access (art. 34 to 38 of the law) and correction (art. 36 of the law) of information concerning you. Thus, you can require correction, addition, clarification, updating or removal of information concerning you which is incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous or out-of-date, or whose collection or use, communication or storage is prohibited. I accept the possibility of perhaps being contacted via e-mail by partners of Easyrencontre and to receive voice messages.
Mobile number: this number remains completely anonymous; it will not be disclosed to other members, but you may receive SMS messages free of charge to inform you that a message has been received. At a later stage you may also receive SMS messages from other members. You may also receive messages from our partners.

8 - VARIOUS PROVISIONS, GUARANTEES


At the technical level, Easyrencontre undertakes to provide as far as possible a service of the best quality possible.
In terms of exchanges between members, we cannot guarantee that each user will realise his/her expectations and aspirations by using this site; we simply make tools and means available to you.

9 - LAW APPLICABLE AND COMPETENT COURT


This contract is subject to French law. In case of dispute over interpretation of this contract, its performance and/or cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, the parties shall favour an amicable settlement.
Should it not be possible to come to an agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the Court of Appeal of the complainant, if he/she is a private individual, or that of Annecy (France), if it is a professional body.
